- 1 hairy gourd - shredded
- 1 carrots - shredded
- garlic - chopped
Seasoning
- 1 tsp salt
- dash of pepper
- 200 ml water
To cook
- Saute the garlic until fragant. Add in shredded hairy gourd and carrots. Stir- fry.
- Add in seasoning and water. Cover with lid and simmer at low heat for 10 minutes.
- Dish up and serve.
Tips : A very simple and fast vegetable dish for those who likes hairy gourd.
