Ingredients
- 1 gobo root - cut cubes
- 300 gm pork (lean meat)
- 50 gm red dates
- 50 gm dang shen
- 20 gm qi-zi
Seasoning
- salt to taste
To cook
- Put all the ingredients into soup pot. Add enough water (2-3 pax serving).
- Bring to boil and turn to low heat and boil for approximately 3 hours. Add salt to taste.
