Ingredients
- 3 potatoes, peeled and cut strips
- 1 onion, shredded
- 1/2 tsp salt
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp chilli boh
- 1 tbsp light soya sauce
- 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp asam paste juice
To cook
- Mix potatoes with salt and deep fry in hot oil until golden brown. Dish and drain.
- Heat up oil and saute onion until aromatic. Add in seasoning and cook until thick, add fried potatoes and mix well. Dish up.
