Ingredients
- 1 piece Salmon
- Ginger, shredded
- Spring onion, shredded
Sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp light soya sauce
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp worchestershire sauce
- 50 ml water
To cook
- Deep fry salmon in hot oil until golden brown. Dish up and set aside.
- Fried the shredded ginger until golden brown. Dish up and set aside.
- Pour in seasoning and cook until the sauce is thick. Pour the sauce to salmon and garnish with the fried ginger and spring onion.
