Ingredients
- 3 stalks leek - sliced
- 1 pc preserved meat - sliced
- garlic - sliced
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp light soy sauce
- dash of pepper
To cook
- Heat up 1 tbsp oil, saute garlic till fragant.
- Add in preserved meat, leek and seasoning.
- Pour little bit water and stir fry. Cover lid for 3 minutes.
- Remove lid and stir fry till gravy is thicken. Dish up.

what type of preserved meat did you use?
hi, i use those 'lap yuk' normally selling during cny for 'lap mei' rice.
