Ingredients
- 1 pig stomach - clean well and cut into slices
- 1/2 kampung chicken - remove skin
- 50 gm shallots - cleaned
- white peppercorns- crushed
- pacific clams
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp salt
To cook
- Put all ingredients into soup pot. Add enough water (can be served to 3-4 persons).
- Boil for 3 hours at lower heat. Add seasoning to taste. Serve.
