Ingredients
- Dark green leaf vege
- Anchovies
- Garlic, cut slices
- Ginger, cut slices
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Water
To cook
- Deep fry the anchovies and set aside.
- Saute garlic and ginger.
- Add in vege and stir fry.
- Add in seasoning and water. Close the lid and simmer a few minutes.
- Dish up and garnish with fried anchovies on top.
