- 2 chicken thigh - cut into pieces
- 3-4 mushrooms - soaked and sliced
- some ginger - sliced
Marinade
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cooking oil
- 1 tsp corn flour
- dash of pepper
To cook
- Mix the ingredients with marinade for atleast 1 hour.
- Steam for 15 minutes in a preheated wok. Serve hot.
