- 5 pieces lamb shoulder
Marinade
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp light soya sauce
- 1 tbsp HP sauce
- 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp dark soya sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp sugar
- dash of rosemary herbs
- some water
To cook
- Clean the lamb and mix with marinade. Season for overnight.
- Heat up oil and pan-fry until cooked.
- Serve with vegetables of your choice and fried potatoes.
